We are ever so sorry to have to announce that once again, our Clearwater Chapter Fundraiser Banquet has been postponed, due to Governor Little moving Idaho back to Stage 3... If you have made motel reservations you'll want to cancel them right away to avoid any late cancellation fees. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and wish we had other options... 

We understand how difficult this has been for all of you who purchased tickets prior to last springs scheduled event; and many of you again for this Nov 7 date; and now our Venue is telling us our first opening for that venue will be our already scheduled Spring Banquet date of April 10th ...

As a volunteer ran non-profit, attempting to maintain the much needed funding to keep our F4WM wolf harvest reimbursement program operating, we would ask once again that those of you who are willing to maintain your ticket purchases, to attend the April event, please do so... for those who cannot attend the April 10th Banquet, please contact Teresa Stevens at to let her know you'd like to donate your ticket purchase amount in exchange for a donation receipt, or if you would like your purchase amount refunded, we can do that as well...

We will be watching for the Statewide restrictions to be lifted and will be working diligently to get this event underway as soon as possible!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to all the volunteers who have worked so hard to put this event together two times in a row, only to have State restrictions stop the event a week shy of it. Your hard work, tenacity, and passion for the program is greatly appreciated! Thank you Volunteers!

Please remember we have a number of Raffles and Items for sale in our online store.  Every purchase you make there, helps us keep our working members in the field, with their boots on the ground and hands in the dirt getting the job done! Our 2nd Annual Clearwater Chapter Fundraising Banquet

Our Clearwater banquet event scheduled for last April, but postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions, has been re-scheduled for Saturday, November 7th, at the Lewiston Elks Lodge (3444 Country Club Dr. Lewiston ID). Doors Open @ 2pm, Dinner at 5pm, Auctions, Games, Raffles, Libations, and FUN for everyone! Same venue, same time, different date! A huge shout out to Clearwater Chapter Chair Dan Fowler and the Clearwater volunteer crew for working diligently to get this much needed fundraiser event back on the calendar!

We will be following Covid guidelines for that region, and will do all we can to protect our members in the process, but we look forward to the fun your Clearwater volunteers have planned for us all! Your previously purchased tickets are valid for this event! If you cannot attend we would like to give you the option of donating your purchase dollar amount to be used for this seasons wolf harvest reimbursements, or if you would like a refund, please let our Secretary Teresa Stevens know at . If you cannot attend, please let us know so we can fill the 200 total available seats our venue can allow, given current Covid restrictions. (Should these restrictions change prior to the Nov 7th date we will let you know, as more seats will become available).
